The fans of GTA 6 have found a better version of the well-known trailer that reveals new details about the game.
What kind of trailer is this? Even though no new promotional material for GTA 6 was released on December 27, as some fans had suspected, there are now new details thanks to an improved video.
How @GameRollGTA discovered on X.com, the well-known video of GTA 6 was also uploaded on the Chinese platform Bilibili. Unlike YouTube, the platform compresses videos less severely. This allows fans to find some details that were previously hidden.

Better trailer reveals details
What does the improved trailer show? Due to the higher bitrate that the video clip has on Bilibili, fans can perceive more details. Especially concerning the bodies of the game characters, it will be exciting. In the beach scene, there is an NPC with stretch marks (via X.com).
But there are also new insights about Lucia. In the prison scene, players could now see that she has hair on her arm (via X.com), and some of her skin details are clearer to detect. Here, for example, moles or beauty spots are much more visible than before.
A good comparison can be seen especially with the banknotes in the following photo.
They are hardly visible in the screenshot from YouTube, while they become almost legible in the version from Bilibili.
The most relevant detail, however, can be found in the beach scene. Due to the better quality, fans could now see that the sand on the beach can stick to the characters’ feet. This was discovered by the user @StrikedVI on X.com.
How do fans react to the find? Players are likely still a bit disappointed that there was no new video for GTA 6 on December 27, 2024, accordingly @GHBSmith writes on X.com: ‘I count 28 stretch marks on this picture. She has 1 tattoo and 1 bracelet, there are two seats in this car, and 1 passenger. 28 – 1+1-2+1, trailer starting on January 28.’
Also, @abrahams1996 seems to be a bit disillusioned on X.com. He writes: ‘We got trailer 1 remastered before we got trailer 2.’ User @saezssez on X.com is also frustrated: ‘So this is the trailer we are getting in 2024?’
The fact that there was no new trailer for GTA 6 in 2024 disappoints fans, even though the hype for the open-world game continues unabated.
