Fans criticize that Asmongold complains too much
Why should you not listen to Asmongold? On May 15, a post titled “Stop listening to Asmon” appeared in the unofficial subreddit for Diablo 4. In it, the user “Rickytentoes” called for not letting the streamer ruin the game for you.
In every review video I’ve seen from this guy, he complains. “This is too weak,” “This feature is terrible.” I’m pretty sure his whole gimmick is to complain. Necros are not lame. The Druid can absolutely destroy. There are videos that prove it.
Diablo is supposed to be quite difficult. Play your build. Adapt your build to your play style. Stop letting Asmon ruin the game for you.

What do others say about it? In the comments, there is indeed agreement. Some Reddit users even go further and criticize the streamer’s skills in various games. In their view, his opinion is therefore also less significant.
Others are generally against being overly influenced by the opinion of a content creator or even letting a game be ruined by it.
However, some believe that there is certainly some merit to the streamer’s criticisms or at least grant him the right to have his own opinion.

How does Asmongold react? A significant part of Asmongold’s streams is reacting to Reddit posts. Since the thread landed at the top of the D4 subreddit with more than 1,800 upvotes and over 1,600 comments, it is little surprise that the streamer discovered it.
After reading the post and skimming through some comments, Asmongold responded with a dripping sarcasm, “That’s right, gentlemen. I ruined Diablo 4.” The streamer did not want to leave the accusations unaddressed:
That’s crazy and has nothing to do with any of the objective analyses I’ve provided regarding the classes. Those are all just personal insults about me being bad at video games.
After defending his skills in Path of Exile (“I played the most complicated build!”), Asmongold reaffirmed his opinion that the Druid is a weak class: It’s like a person with one leg racing against a person with two legs.
However, Asmongold is not the only one who likes to express a strong opinion. His fans do not lag behind. Some viewers are completely horrified by the idea that he could have a happy relationship – then they might not be able to identify with him anymore.
