These are the system requirements for Fallout 76 on PC: While console owners can simply start playing on PS4 and Xbox One without worrying too much about the hardware, it is different on PC.

PC players will soon be able to test Fallout 76
When does the Fallout 76 PC Beta start? The beta for PC and PS4 begins on October 30. However, Xbox players get another turn first. The second Xbox One beta will take place on October 28 from 5 PM to 7 PM.
How to participate in the beta: If you want to play Fallout 76 on PC before release on November 14, you need to pre-order the title. Only pre-order customers can try out the beta. Then you can also see in advance if your PC has enough power for the post-apocalyptic online game.
What are the advantages of playing Fallout 76 on PC? In terms of graphics, there should be little difference between the individual versions. If Bethesda follows the same approach as with Fallout 4, a high-res texture pack for the PC version could possibly be released.
Furthermore, mods will also play a role, but these will follow at a later point. And many find it more comfortable to play with a mouse and keyboard instead of a controller.
