The Power Armor Edition of the upcoming online game Fallout 76 is already sold out. Players fear that too few copies are available and hope that Bethesda can produce more. However, the company has now declined that.
A Collector’s Edition of a highly coveted game is often sold out immediately. This is also the case with the Power Armor Edition of Fallout 76.
According to Bethesda, there is actually no possibility to produce more copies. This causes concern for fans for a very specific reason.

High Demand for the Power Armor Edition
Power Armor Edition already sold out: The Collector’s Edition of Fallout 76 was sold out just a few days after the announcement. Many did not get one and thus hope that Bethesda might be able to produce more copies.
The Problem: Players fear that many bought the Power Armor Edition only to resell it profitably at higher prices on eBay.
Reproduction is not possible: Bethesda’s Marketing Chief Pete Hines was asked on Twitter if there is a possibility to produce more copies to counteract the grey market.
While Pete Hines did not address the problem of the grey market in his response, he explained that they produced as many copies as possible. All have already been offered and unfortunately, there is no possibility to produce more Power Armor Editions.
This is what the Power Armor Edition offers: Anyone who managed to get one of the Collector’s Editions can look forward to these contents:
- A T-51 Power Armor Helmet: You can wear the helmet and use features like a voice modulator, LED lights, and V.A.T.S. sound effects
- A carrying bag for the helmet
- A map of West Virginia:The map not only shows the game world, it also glows in the dark!
- 24 small figures: The small plastic figures are designed to mark your position on the map
- Bonus items: To celebrate the 300th anniversary of the USA, you will receive special items in the game
- The game in a Steelbook case
