The two players then spent so much time together that a friendship developed, which even survived eight months without contact.
Strong Friendship in Fallout 76
This is how the friendship started: According to Adrian, he started playing Fallout 76 shortly after release in November 2018. However, he quickly lost interest and did not want to continue playing.
Then suddenly the player Yassin appeared, who first talked to Adrian and then helped him to really get into the game:
- He provided him with supplies like Stimpaks, medicine, water, and more
- He assisted in building Adrian’s C.A.M.P.
- Yassin provided him with equipment and even a fully equipped power armor
The two played a lot together and talked daily, allowing Adrian to learn more about the game and develop his character.
How did the interruption happen? However, shortly before Christmas 2018, Yassin informed him that he would not be able to play for a while. Yassin had skin cancer and would likely need treatment for it.
The illness lasted for eight months during which they did not see or speak to each other. During this time, Adrian was very worried and sad – the daily conversations were simply gone and he worried about Yassin.
However, Yassin has likely overcome the illness. He recently contacted Adrian again. Now they are in contact for the first time again and are very happy that they can still play Fallout 76 together. Adrian is even planning a visit to Yassin – in Germany, where his friend lives.
