Fallout 76 Panel with Q&A: On Saturday, August 11, 2018, at 6 PM, the Fallout 76 panel will go live at QuakeCon. Todd Howard will discuss the features of Fallout 76 here. Following that, there will be a Q&A with questions from fans to the game team.
What will be presented?
According to information from Bethesda, Todd Howard will take a deeper look at some areas during the presentation of the features of Fallout 76. Specifically, the character system and the perks are to be highlighted in more detail.

Some info about perks already known: Some things about the perks of Fallout 76 are already known. In a report by NoClip about the development of Fallout 76, the developers have already talked about perks and stats.
The S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system from previous installments will be carried over. Perks come in the form of cards that can be equipped. Not much is known yet about other character development – only that players will be able to develop freely in Fallout 76.
Fallout 76 also offers a mutations feature, which is supposed to function similarly to perks in the earlier installments.

Beta possibly announced: QuakeCon is often the place for announcements from Bethesda about all sorts of games. Therefore, new information about the B.E.T.A. of Fallout 76 is also possible.
What we know so far about the beta:
- that it will likely start in October.
- that it includes the full game and progress will carry over.
- that it will not be available on Steam for PC.
- that Xbox One will start before all others.
There were already rumors that the specific release date for the B.E.T.A. of Fallout 76 will be mentioned at QuakeCon 2018. At 6 PM we will finally learn more.
