Faeria is a Kickstarter-funded online card game that also offers a changing game board. Half a year after the release, the game is now available as a Free2Play download on Steam.
Faeria looks a bit like Blizzard’s Hearthstone, but where in the World of Warcraft card game the game board is merely decorative with cute interaction options, Faeria actually offers a game board integrated into the gameplay that changes according to our and our opponent’s actions.

In Faeria we can play not only in online and esports matches against other players, there is also a single-player mode where we can enjoy our fun offline. Furthermore, the developers are working on additional single-player features and overall, there is a strong emphasis on high accessibility for beginners.
Especially cool: Versions for iOS and Android mobile devices are already in planning for Faeria. The developers aim for all platforms to be fully compatible and interchangeable, allowing us to start a game on PC in the morning and continue the same round on our tablet on the train to work. Faeria is now available for free as a Free2Play title on Steam for download. Through real money, we can purchase card sets, which the developers claim will always contain a large number of useful cards.
