In TERA, there are some events in October that will reward you with special rewards in the battle against BAMs and dungeon bosses. The game is also celebrating Halloween.
Patch 61 has recently been released for TERA, which, in addition to numerous changes to the classes and game balance, brought three new servers. One of them, the German server “Saleron”, is especially suitable for local players for a new start or return to the colorful action MMO.
To make playing on the new server even more worthwhile, there are special events. Additionally, the old TERA realms will also have special events.
BAM Spawn Event and Extra Loot for New Servers
Players on the new realms can take down particularly many BAMs from October 10 to October 24, 2017. BAM stands for “Big Ass Monster” in TERA, referring to special boss monsters that roam the open world. They can be taken down alone with good gear and skill, but groups will have an easier time.
During the event, special BAMs will spawn in places where they usually do not occur. If you hit them 2,000 times, they will go down, and you can loot their items.
Speed Leveling and Dungeon Runs Will Be Rewarded
From October 10 to November 7, 2017, there will also be special rewards for reaching certain level milestones (10, 20, etc. up to level 65) on the new realms. So it is worthwhile to level up progressively.
If you reach the maximum level and rock selected dungeons from October 10 to October 24, 2017, you will also receive more loot for your efforts.
Harder Dungeons and Challenges for Old Servers
Those who stay and play on the existing realms of TERA can try their hand at special challenges with their highly-trained heroes. Certain dungeons will have a debuff that noticeably weakens you from October 19 to October 24, 2017, upon request. If you still defeat the final boss, there will be additional loot.
From October 10 to November 7, 2017, you can also rush through certain dungeons on the old servers that will then also be worth more loot.
Halloween and Star Light Event for All Servers
Regardless of your server, the “Star Light” event still takes place on the weekends. The longer you play there, the more special loot you will receive. Specifically in October, TERA celebrates Halloween again:
- From October 17, you will find additional loot in the dungeon
- The celebration officially begins on October 24, with decorations and an event dungeon
- A special surprise is expected on October 31.
