The biggest streamer on Twitch is Félix “xQc” Lengyel: He believes Twitch must permanently ban the largest female streamer on Twitch, Amouranth. She has done too much wrong. He himself lived in fear of a “perma-ban” after a single repeated offense, yet Amouranth gets away with much worse violations.
This is the situation:
- Twitch has banned the streamer “Amouranth”. The reason appears to be her “ASMR Earlicking” streams: In these, she lays on her stomach on the bed in yoga pants and works on a microphone with her tongue.
- It was originally unclear how long the ban would last. Now we know: it was only 3 days.
- Streamer xQc finds this way too short. He expected a permanent ban. According to xQc, Twitch is applying a double standard here. He lived in fear of a perma-ban while he had only violated the same rule twice. Amouranth, on the other hand, has broken this rule 5 times.

Apparently, he meant a situation when he accidentally violated Twitch’s nudity rules. In May 2021, he showed a video on his channel in which a man was arrested by police for exhibitionism. The video showed genitals.
Months earlier, in March 2020, xQc had already received a ban for “violating the nudity rules” because he beat a virtual schoolgirl in Connect Four and she subsequently undressed.
Because he had previously been banned for “nudity” on stream, he fears: With a second offense, he would be permanently banned by Twitch himself.
xQc says: He walked around for months while the “perma-ban” threat hung over him.
But Amouranth is banned five times in two months for the same offense, yet only receives a “three-day” ban. That can’t be right.
That makes “no fucking sense.” As a Twitch partner, he goes crazy when he sees this in comparison.
