The Monster Hunt Evolve will receive two new maps at the end of the month. Xbox players will be favored again. Only they can access the two new areas by the end of March, while PC and PlayStation players will have to wait a month longer.
On March 31, Xbox players will gain access to two new maps in Evolve. PC and PlayStation players can start only on April 30. Evolve announced this in a press release.
The new maps include the “Broken Hill Foundry”, this is the map that has been showcased before. The map is not set in the wilderness, but is an industrial complex spread over three levels. Therefore, there are no wild animals. The monsters feed from barrels of Bohrium. Opening these makes quite a noise.
The second map leads into a Bohrium mine. Here there is a labyrinth of tunnels. Monsters can create “shortcuts” into certain rock formations to advance faster or mislead the hunters.
This sounds like an exciting addition to Evolve. The maps will be free. Everything is fine if it weren’t for the significant favoritism towards Xbox players.
