When is the release of Season 2 2022? An official release date for Season 2 2022 of the popular mobile game CoD Mobile has not yet been revealed. However, we can reasonably estimate when Season 2 2022 should arrive. Season 1 2022 was released on January 19 and is likely to last for about a month.
Accordingly, Season 1 should end on February 17. Season 2 should then start on or after the following days. Expect a start from February 18, 2022. However, this is just speculation. If the developers decide to extend Season 1, the release of Season 2 will naturally be delayed.
New Shotgun and Familiar Map
What weapons are coming? A teaser image from February 7 shows an empty weapon crate. Based on the outlines, it quickly becomes clear that it is likely a JAK-12 shotgun.
The weapon was introduced in Season 6 of CoD Modern Warfare and is one of the last weapons that ultimately made it into the mobile version. The JAK-12 is one of the fastest firing shotguns in Modern Warfare and should clean up well in the mobile version.
What about the new map? A new map has also been teased. It is a familiar map called Hardhat, which translates to “construction hat”. It is a construction site in New York where ruthless shootouts will take place.
If the teaser is to be believed, the setting has changed, and the battle will take place not in sunshine, but at night and in the rain.
The Hardhat map first appeared in 2011 in Modern Warfare 3 and is therefore a true classic among CoD fans.
What else do we know? In addition to the information mentioned here, it is also confirmed that there will again be a Battle Pass in Season 2 2022. It will, as usual, consist of 100 tiers that you unlock throughout the season.
