In Pokémon GO the GO Battle Night starts tonight, November 5th, along with the Flying Cup. This is also worthwhile for trainers who have played PvP less so far.
This is the GO Battle Night: This event was supposed to take place last month, but Niantic postponed it due to technical issues in the league.
Now you can spend several hours in the PvP league today and benefit from improved rewards. Additionally, the Flying Cup takes place simultaneously, which requires special Pokémon from you.

This is how the GO Battle Night goes: The event starts today at 6:00 PM and runs until midnight. During this time, you can complete many battles in the PvP league.
In total, you can complete 20 battle sets. That’s 100 battles in total. If you finish your normal 5 battle sets of the day before the event starts, you can even conduct 125 battles.
These rewards are available: This is where it gets exciting for PvP beginners. You will receive double the amount of Stardust when you win battles, finish battle sets, and rank up in the GO Battle League.
This is especially worthwhile if you haven’t done much in the league before. You will quickly rank up and also face relatively easy opponents at the beginning who don’t have much experience. The chances of winning are high, which allows you to farm a lot of Stardust.
Stardust is the most important resource in Pokémon GO, so you should take advantage of the PvP league at least tonight.
Additionally, during the event, you can evolve a Pidgeot and obtain the special move Gust. This makes Pidgeot more interesting in the PvP league.
This is the Flying Cup: As part of the GO Battle Night, the Flying Cup also takes place. This special cup revolves exclusively around Flying-type Pokémon. No other type is allowed. Additionally, you can only choose Pokémon that reach a maximum of 1500 CP.
These are the best Pokémon: The best Pokémon for the Flying Cup are often monsters that have not been used much before. It is important to choose Flying Pokémon that not only have Flying attacks but also ideally have a strong second type.

- Panzaeron with Steel Wing, Sky Attack, and Aerial Ace
- Altaria with Fire Spin, Sky Attack, and Dragon Pulse
