The Tyranids are participating in the war of Eternal Crusade. They are the opponents in the first dungeon.
It is better to die for the Emperor than to live for oneself
In the 41st millennium, there is only war. Well, and a lot of crawling creatures, at least if you look into the latest version of Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade. Because since the latest patch, the Tyranids have arrived, allowing players to smash their chitin armor with plenty of blessed bullets and chainswords.
However, the Tyranids are not a playable race, but PvE opponents in the first “dungeon” of the game. Up to 5 players can face the challenge simultaneously.
But even outside of the Tyranid dungeon, the game has received some improvements with the patch. There are now events for additional experience points, the balancing of many weapons has been revised, and as a cherry on top, there are plenty of bug fixes.
Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade is currently in Early Access on Steam and largely plays like a lobby shooter. The MMO elements, like the first dungeon, are being added gradually.
