What is the prologue quest to Greymoor? Greymoor is the upcoming new addon to the MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online. The new chapter takes you to Skyrim, the well-known and beloved region in the north of Tamriel among many fans.
To properly showcase the new story about a dark vampire threat, you can initiate the new chapter today, on March 30, 2020. The developers have implemented a so-called prologue quest into the game.
There, you will get to know important NPCs from the campaign “the dark heart of Skyrim” more closely and learn more about the vampire threat.
This is the first quest for the Ice Cap Circle in ESO
Here’s how to find the new prologue quest: To start the quest “Prologue: The Circle Conspiracy,” you first need to activate it in the Crown Store. Open the shop in the game and “purchase” the quest starter from the shop. Don’t worry, it’s free.
Once you have started the prologue, the next step is to find your contact person. This is none other than the legendary half-giant Lyris Titanborn. Anyone familiar with the base game and who may have played the new DLC dungeon Ice Cap from the Harrowstorm dungeon pack will surely recognize Lyris.
To meet Lyris, you just need to go to the headquarters of the Fighters Guild of your respective alliance. Depending on your affiliation, you can find it in Daggerfall, Vulkhel Guard, or Davon’s Watch. Lyris will give you your first of two prologue quests called “The Circle Conspiracy” after a few words of explanation.
What is the prologue quest about? The first part of the quest takes you to the infamous Blackreach. There you will uncover the machinations of the Ice Cap Circle. If you want to know what it is all about, you should definitely play the recently released dungeon “Ice Cap” from the first release “Harrowstorm” to the dark heart of Skyrim.
What’s in it for you? The quest rewards you with plenty of experience points and gold as usual. Additionally, you will receive a new item for your collection.
When does it start? The launch of the new prologue quest to Greymoor starts today, March 30 at 4:00 PM on all supported platforms.
What’s next? After the first prologue quest, a further task will follow. Once you have completed that, you will know more about the grand story of Greymoor and what the plot of the dark heart of Skyrim is all about.
Unfortunately, you will then have to wait until May 18, 2020 (PC/Mac) or June 2, 2020 (PlayStation 4 and Xbox One). Because then, the story continues with the release of Greymoor.
