The Summerset addon for the MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online is receiving a patch today. This requires server maintenance. The ESO server is currently “down.”

When are the servers down? The servers were taken offline at 10 AM to apply the update. This is only maintenance for the PC version of the MMORPG.
The duration of the maintenance is unknown. The maintenance should be finished as soon as possible, as the patch notes have already been published.
What does the patch bring? Zenimax Online has released the extensive patch notes for update 4.0.7.
