The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind impressed with a stylish cinematic trailer upon announcement. Now there’s also a gameplay trailer showcasing gameplay scenes from the ESO stand-alone addon.
Morrowind will be the next chapter in The Elder Scrolls Online and takes you back to the island of Vvardenfell. There, the living god Vivec needs your help, or else the red mountain will erupt and kill all life on the island. The recently released new gameplay trailer “Return to Morrowind” shows what the adventure on Vvardenfell looks like in the game.
ESO-Morrowind – As beautiful as back then
Veterans of The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind should feel right at home immediately. As soon as the new trailer starts, you can already see the sleepy harbor town of Seyda Neen, where the old Morrowind began.
The nostalgia moments do not decrease, as soon after the first cliff racer can be seen. These annoying creatures should still be in the memory of anyone familiar with the series. All the better the moment afterward, when a Warden summons a cliff racer and throws it right in the face of an enemy! Is there a more humiliating way to kill an enemy than to throw a croaking nuisance creature in their face? Probably not!
Save Vivec!
Later you will see the city of Vivec, which was not yet finished at the time, named after the god of the same name, whom you need to save in Morrowind. But before you meet Vivec, you have to overcome some challenges.
In doing so, you will be taken to dark ash deserts and deep caves where even weirder mushrooms grow. You will also encounter all manner of disgusting creatures, including the nightmarish Daedra beasts called “Hunger”.
