Here’s how to unlock the title: You must own the player expansion “The Thieves Guild” to start. Then, you will take your first quest in the DLC and head to the Thieves Den at Hews Bane at the end of this quest.
There, you’ll find a conspicuous book titled “Kari’s Wish List” on a table in the upper area. This list contains several items that Kari desires. You need to steal these items.
- The urn can be found in the bank of Abah’s Landing in the area of Hews Bane.
- The book is naturally found in the Mages Guild in Marbruk in the area of Greenshadow on a table on the first floor.
- The crowned decanter is located on the ground floor of the Skywatch manor. The manor is situated in Skywatch in the area of Auridon.
- The sounding harp is located in the Mages Guild in Velynhafen in the area of Malabal Tor. It is on the ground floor.

- The goblet can be taken in the cellar of the tavern of Kragenmoor, in the area of Stonefalls.
- The devotional shovel can be found at the fortress symbol in the middle of the map in Fort Mourning in the area of Shadowfen.
- The royal latrine cloth is located on the ground floor of the bank of Gramfeste in Deshaan. It’s best to enter the bank through the back entrance.
- The wine sack is the last item to be stolen from Kari’s wish list. It is located on the first floor of the Fighter’s Guild in Riften in the area of the Rift.
You must place the “stolen” items in the same room where Kari’s wish list is located. Once you have all the items together, you may call yourself a master thief.
Getting all the Items is Not Easy
Tips for Successful Stealing: On your way to becoming a true master thief, there are a few rules to keep in mind.
- Most items can be stolen without being seen. However, you may have to wait occasionally. Sometimes someone may need to be killed.
- If you get caught, immediately travel to the Gold Coast and pay your bounty in the hideout. Then you will not be disturbed when stealing the next object.
- You can drink invisibility potions to become invisible long enough to pocket items unobserved. The Nightblade’s invisibility is not sufficient.
