The MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online received the expansion Blackwood on June 1, 2021. In this chapter, there are also a few new houses available for purchase. We from MeinMMO present to you the new premises.
Since the Update 13 “Homestead”, you can purchase your own homes both inside and outside of Tamriel. Depending on which house you choose, they can cost you either Gold or Crowns.
You can purchase houses you buy in the Crown Store either empty or furnished. The latter option is of course a bit more expensive.
What exactly is Housing?
Housing is referred to by the community as the furnishing of homes in ESO. A nice pastime or, for fun, described by the ESO community as “the true endgame”. Because housing can be incredibly expensive. Just think of the luxury merchant who profits every weekend in the empty city.
But even for the smaller wallet, housing can be fun if you forego some of the decadence and the number of houses. A little deeper into the gold and the crown purse has the player Jchysteria: Player shows a magnificent house in the MMORPG ESO, into which he has invested so much.
Pilgrim’s Rest

In this article, we want to introduce you to another creative mind who also enjoys spending hours making home furnishing an art: Player explains why she spends 2 weeks on a house in the MMORPG ESO.
