In a press release, the team behind “Escape from Tarkov” announces that they have completed a new area, the forest. The forest surrounds Tarkov. That is the city from which one must escape. Captain Obvious knows: The name of the game gives it away.
The forest is home to many interesting objects. It also presents players with a new challenge with a mix of dense vegetation and open clearings, they say.
Many features already in the alpha of Escape from Tarkov – Beta to follow

Main features like weapon handling, missions, level and skill upgrade systems, and trading are already in the game.
The shooter Escape from Tarkov (currently only PC) is still in an alpha phase. However, the team is working hard to transition to beta.
