Escape from Tarkov: NDA fällt, Spielerzahl steigt in der Extended Alpha

In Escape from Tarkov, more players are now invited to visit the Hardcore shooter.

Escape from Tarkov is a Hardcore shooter currently being developed for PC. It is in an alpha stage and is about to transition to a closed beta. Now the team is taking an intermediate step, moving to an “Extended Alpha”, as stated on Facebook.

To this end, they want to allow significantly more “founders” into the alpha – those are owners of a pre-order package. In 3 waves, 25% of those who do not yet have access will be let in. The waves are set to begin in “a few days”.

What Escape from Tarkov offers in the Extended Alpha

The Extended Alpha offers fresh:

• with the Forest a new area
• Weapons can now fail and need to be repaired
• The game physics have been improved
• The game is overall in a technically better state and is continuously refined.

A bonus: The NDA, the non-disclosure agreement, is lifted. So we should get to see more of the really nice and really gritty shooter.
