The developers of the Western MMO Wild West Online have introduced character customization options in a new update regarding the game’s status.
So far, in the alpha version of the online game, you could only choose your hero from a few basic characters. This made the characters look quite similar to each other. However, this is set to change. With the next patch, you will gain the ability to customize your character’s appearance more distinctly.
Character Customizations and Renaming
The developers aim to achieve greater diversity in character models through a larger selection of base models and the option to adjust skin and hair color. However, this alone may still not be sufficient, so it can be expected that you will receive additional customization options later on.
In addition, you can now also rename or delete a character. However, the character must have “existed” for at least 48 hours before you can delete it. The renaming will cost you a certain, yet unspecified amount of in-game currency.
Choose Your Faction
Also new is the ability to choose a faction that you want to belong to. However, the developers want to talk more specifically about the factions at a later date, so it is not yet clear what they are and what benefits they bring you.
