A reliable leaker of Genshin Impact has revealed which heroes will be featured alongside Venti and Ayato Kamisato in the banners. He also reported on the upcoming weapon banners. MeinMMO shows you the leaks.
Which character banners are coming? It was officially announced that in Patch 2.6 of Genshin Impact the 5-star heroes Ayato Kamisato and Venti will return to the game. However, the 4-star heroes were not known until now.
Leaker Blank has predominantly reported correctly about upcoming content in the game in the past. According to him, these 4-star characters will be included in the banners of Ayato and Venti:
- Yun Jin – Wields a spear as a weapon and is of the Geo element.
- Saccharose – Wields a catalyst as a weapon and is of the Anemo element.
- Xiangling – Wields a spear as a weapon and is of the Pyro element.
Which weapon banner is supposed to appear? In line with Ayato and Venti, their 5-star signature weapons are likely to come to the gacha banner: the bow Last Breath and the sword Haran Geppaku Futsu (via reddit).
Additionally, these 4-star weapons are to be included in the banner:
- Bow: Rusty Bow
- Sword: Flute
- Catalyst: Land Streak Notes
- Spear: Dragon’s Bane
- Claymore: Sacrificial Greatsword
When do the banners come? The banners will be available as soon as Patch 2.6 is released. That will be on March 30, around 4 to 5 AM our time.
Only useful characters included in the banners
Why are the characters useful? While both Saccharose and Xiangling are useful in many teams and are often taken to the end-game dungeon, Yun Jin has not been in the game long and fulfills more of a niche role.
Venti is considered one of the best characters in the game, and the new Hydro hero Ayato Kamisato is already highly praised by fans. Some say he will be just as useful as the 4-star Hydro user Xingqiu.
What makes Venti so useful?
- With his special ability, Venti can draw enemy masses into a vortex, which both regularly confuses and damages them.
- Additionally, he can reliably generate elemental energy particles with his elemental skill to recharge his or other characters’ special abilities.
- Equipped with the artifact set “Green Shadow,” Venti reduces enemies’ resistance to elemental attacks based on the element that has been swirled.
What makes Saccharose so useful?
- Saccharose can pull enemies together with her special ability and keep them close, while other characters can deal damage to multiple enemies more easily.
- She provides a damage boost to other team members with her talents and constellations.
- Equipped with the artifact set “Green Shadow,” she reduces enemies’ resistance to elemental attacks based on the element that has been swirled.
- Saccharose can wield the catalyst “Of the Feats of the Dragonslayers,” which increases the attack of the switched character by at least 24%.
What makes Xiangling so useful?
- Xiangling is primarily used for her special ability. Her Fire Wheel remains on the field and circles around the active character, even when she is switched out. It deals high damage.
- The Fire Wheel can capture buffs that typically apply only within a certain radius or field. If you stand in a buff field when triggering the Fire Wheel, it takes the buff and retains it even if you leave the field. This allows for strong combos with characters like Bennett, Saccharose, or Kazuha.
What makes Yun Jin so useful?
- Yun Jin fulfills a niche role in certain teams: she buffs the normal attacks of other team members with her special ability. The higher Yun Jin’s defense, the greater the buff for the group.
- Her elemental skill can also deal significant damage if used perfectly. When triggered at the right moment, Yun Jin executes a counter that deals the maximum possible damage to enemies.
- Since Yun Jin has only been available in Genshin Impact since Patch 2.4, many players have not yet unlocked all her constellations. It may be worth pulling for more Yun Jins as her constellations further enhance her abilities.
All three characters are therefore worth pulling and can actively support your team.
