Upon successful completion, you will be rewarded with the Anniversary Cake.
A Cake with Magical Properties
The Anniversary Cake increases your gained experience points boost by 100% for two hours. So it’s the perfect opportunity to level up your character or create a new one. The event starts today, on April 4th, at 4 PM and ends on April 16th at the same time.
Moreover, the experience point bonus also stacks with other experience point bonuses that you receive, for example, through ESO Plus.
Gifts for Everyone!
ESO wants to gift you for the anniversary, that’s why you will receive an additional gift box for every weekly or daily quest you complete. The gift boxes are stuffed with various useful items.
They can contain crafting materials, rare crafting items, or, if you’re very lucky, style pages.
The style pages teach you styles from Vvardenfell, the dungeons of Horns of the Reach, and the “City of Clockwork”.
Especially important for collectathon enthusiasts: the style pages of the brand new Worm Cult style are only available in these anniversary gift boxes.
High Elves in Charge – One in Seven Plays Altmer
Appropriate for the fourth anniversary, the developers release some interesting data from the game.
Although nearly 15% of all player characters are High Elves, the Ebonheart Pact (36.33%) is preferred over the Aldmeri Dominion or the Daggerfall Covenant. The high percentage of High Elf players may be related to the good racial abilities that High Elves provide for mages.
