ESO+ for everyone, unless you already have it
What kind of compensation is this? Regardless of the power outage, it was already announced that all Elder Scrolls Online players who do not have ESO+ will have until December 19, 2024, at 4:00 PM to enjoy the benefits of the premium membership.
Due to the issues with the data center, this period will now be extended by one day, until December 20, 2024. So, you have an extra day to enjoy the areas, quests, and dungeons from numerous DLCs for free.
You will receive no crown credit in this free ESO+, which you would normally receive regularly with an active ESO+. You will also have no access to the companions that were added to the game in Update 44.
What if I already own ESO+? If you already have an active ESO+ on your account, unfortunately, you will not benefit from either the original or the extended trial period of the subscription.
How can I activate the free ESO+? If you want to activate the free trial of ESO+, you need to follow these steps:
- Log into the game
- Open the Crown Store
- Go to “ESO Plus”
- Click on “Free Trial!”
You have now activated the free ESO+ membership and can enjoy the benefits with your characters.
