What news can you expect? On September 11 at 3:30 CEST (10:30 JST, 18:30 PDT [10.9.]), a new mode called “The Depth of Night” will be introduced. You can expect the following from it:
- Enemies are significantly stronger than normal
- You cannot choose the Night Lord you face
- Moved earth has no effect on this mode
- Exclusive “Depth Relics” specifically for the new mode
- Weapons can also have negative effects
- You play more than 3 nights, going “deeper” each time
- Depths 4 to 5 offer an endless fight
What else is coming up soon? In a post on X.com, the developer studio From Software already announced that some new content and changes will be added to Nightreign in the near future. However, they do not provide specific dates, only rough timeframes.
According to the post, players can look forward to the following soon:
- A large DLC with currently unknown content, but likely new bosses and classes (later in 2025)
