What kind of event is Thunderstruck? Thunderstruck first appeared in FC 24 and brings powerful, dynamic cards that can improve over the coming weeks. The upgrades depend on the performances of the teams or former teams – because there are also Icons among the special cards – of the players in league play.

However, the Thunderstruck event is not the only opportunity for you to get strong special cards. Already on Wednesday, November 27, the first Best-of Team with the strongest players from the Team of the Weeks (TOTWs) so far came. This selection was followed by another promo team with the Best-of-Campaigns on Thursday (November 28).

What else can you expect for Black Friday in Ultimate Team? Black Friday in EA FC has been a very fast-paced event in recent years, sometimes releasing new Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) hourly. Right now, you can already collect some strong packs in the first Flash-SBCs for the upcoming event days.

Daily rewards, 10/30 coins packs, and strong upgrades
Daily Login Upgrade
In the menu, specifically in the SBCs, you will be rewarded for daily login. The Daily Login Upgrade gives you a gold pack worth 5,000 coins directly as a reward for completing the SBC in exchange for a bronze player.
In addition, further extra rewards are waiting for you in the objectives for each completed daily login. If you complete the daily SBC for 6 days, there will be an additional group bonus worth 100,000 coins.
10/30 Coins Packs in the Shop
In line with the daily login upgrade, there are small gold player packs in the shop every day that cost only 10 or 30 coins. You should open these almost free packs daily. With a bit of luck, you might pull one of the numerous special cards.
Strong Upgrade SBCs
Additionally, strong Upgrade SBCs are available to you. So far you can complete an 81+ double upgrade or a 83+ triple upgrade (3 times a day).
There is also a repeatable Max.-87 base Icon upgrade. Here you can trade in your best players from the remaining Upgrade SBCs and hope for a valuable Icon.
