In the cups, various participants – including football professionals, content creators, and eSports players – compete individually or with a partner. Those who reach the finals can look forward to prize money of over €1,000.

Eligella Cup in EA FC 25: Start, Duration, and Dates
When does the Eligella Cup take place? Since FC 25, the Eligella Cup has been held on Sundays. The start time is set for 8:00 PM. However, there can sometimes be delays.
How long does a tournament last? The final of a tournament usually takes place around midnight. A tournament can thus last four or five hours. This also depends on possible interruptions or disconnections during the games and streams.
Those who can’t stay awake for that long can typically watch the highlights of the tournament the next day on EliasN97’s YouTube channel.

- Sunday, October 6, 2024: Expected 2-on-2 with Content Creator
The first edition for FC 25 took place on Sunday, September 29, 2024. The second round will follow a week later. Again, content creators will compete against each other, but this time as teams.
Eligella Cup in EA FC 25: All Information about the Proceedings
In which mode will the games be played? The Eligella Cup follows the classic format of a World or European Championship in football. The tournament consists of a preliminary round and a knockout phase:
- in the preliminary round, players compete against each other in drawn groups
- from the knockout round onwards, a pre-made tournament bracket determines the matchups on the way to the final
Participants can compete alone or with a partner, depending on the tournament setup.
In EA FC 25 Ultimate Team, you can now follow selected players on their way to the group stage as part of the RTTK event.
Who participates in the Eligella Cup? The participants are invited by EliasN97. A tournament usually focuses on a specific participant pool that is intended to be as balanced as possible.
This means that only professionals play against professionals, and content creators against content creators.
How are the groups in the preliminary round determined? Generally, the grouping of participants into the respective groups takes place one day before the tournament kicks off through a draw. The results of this draw will be published on the official Instagram account of the Eligella Cup.
With which teams do the participants play? Matches are played in Ultimate Team mode. Participants can build their strongest team in FC 25, provided they have enough coins for it.
