What is already known about Triple Threat? Officially, only the name is known so far. Since it is a completely new event without a template from the previous FIFA series, mostly it can only be speculated what players can expect.
However, the title fits the newly started season in Ultimate Team, which runs under the motto “Triangles.” And first leaks now indicate what it will be about.

Update, 11/10/2023: In the meantime, the leaker Fut Sheriff has shared further information on his channel. According to the leaker, “Triple Threat” is supposed to be about pairs of three cards that all come from the same club. These will always be:

According to the post, hero cards are supposed to be part of the Triple-Threat promo this time. This would fit, after hero cards were already represented in the last Centurions event. However, the card shared in the post for Ginola is only a guess according to Fut Scoreboard, not a leak – so it is quite possible that other heroes will be represented instead of Ginola.
However, keep in mind that this is an unofficial leak. What exactly will happen in the event will only be clear as soon as official information is shared.
