Update, October 13, at 7:00 PM: The new Trailblazers event has now started, and there are a total of 14 new special cards in the game, all equipped with new PlayStyles and PlayStyles+.

When does Trailblazers start? The new Trailblazers event starts on Friday evening, October 13, 2023, at 7:00 PM. This is the usual event time when most new content comes to EA FC.

What kind of event is this? “Trailblazers” is a new event that we have not seen in the previous FIFA series. Translated, the term means something like “pioneer” or “pathfinder”.
However, there are already some leaks about the event that indicate what players can expect.
Leaks indicate PlayStyles, show first players for Trailblazers
This is what leaks say: According to the well-known FUT leaker Donk, the new event will revolve around the theme of PlayStyles. The special cards in the event are said to receive new PlayStyles+ and thus get a significant upgrade (via Twitter/X).
Because: The PlayStyles have already proven to be a powerful feature in EA FC. Especially those that facilitate strong finesse shots or more skillful dribbling are feared by defensive players.
