This is how the TOTS weeks run: With the start of the TOTS Live Team, EA has published a schedule for the upcoming weeks. One thing in advance: the Community TOTS will not exist this year.
And there is also a big difference in the selection of teams, as only the Bundesliga TOTS is based on fan voting. The other teams will be selected by EA using OPTA data and in collaboration with the biggest leagues.
Here you can see the roadmap for this year’s TOTS:
- April 19 to April 26: Live TOTS
- April 26 to May 3: Premier League TOTS, Mixed League 1, WSL
- May 3 to May 10: Bundesliga TOTS, Mixed League 2, Frauen Bundesliga
- May 10 to May 17: Ligue 1 TOTS, Mixed League 3, D1 Arkema
- May 17 to May 24: LaLiga TOTS, Mixed League 4, Liga F
- May 24 to May 31: Serie A TOTS, Mixed League 5, NWSL
- May 31 to June 7: Ultimate TOTS

Update, April 12 at 7:00 PM: EA has officially announced the TOTS with a post on X. However, we do not yet know when exactly it will start. However, you can already prepare yourself with the new Warm Up Promo.
As we are already mid-April, the league operations in football are slowly coming to an end and the championships are becoming more exciting, this can only mean one thing for fans of EA FC 24: The TOTS is just around the corner!
And in this post, we will reveal everything you need to know about the upcoming super event in EA FC 24.
All Infos about TOTS in EA FC 24 – Start, Voting and Leaks
When does the TOTS event start in EA FC 24? So far, no official information about the start date of the TOTS in EA FC 24 is known. However, we expect a timely start of the event. A possible date would be April 26, which is a classic event Friday.
This would fit with the last years. The release dates of the TOTS were as follows:
- FIFA 23: April 28, 2023
- FIFA 22: April 29, 2022
- FIFA 21: April 21, 2021
However, we will only really know when EA announces the official start date. As soon as that happens, you will find out here first.
What is the Team of the Season anyway? Many Ultimate Team players eagerly await the soccer year for the TOTS event, because during the weeks-long event there are hundreds of new special cards that celebrate the best players of the season and offer every major league its own team.
Ratings below 90 are rare here and in addition to the new cards, there are plenty of SBCs and tasks that dramatically increase the chance for strong TOTS cards.
How is the TOTS event planned? It is still uncertain how the course of this year’s TOTS event will be. But in recent years, the sequence of the event has always been very similar.
The multi-week TOTS events in the past always started with the Community TOTS, for which one could vote. Then new teams followed weekly, where a big league was usually paired with a smaller one. Thus, the strong Community TOTS in FIFA 23 was released simultaneously with the TOTS of the Dutch Eredivisie.
We are curious whether the course in EA FC 24 will be similar again.
For which teams can you vote? Currently, it is still unknown for which teams there will be voting. Last year, however, voting was possible for almost all major leagues for the FIFA 23 TOTS.

Current Leaks about TOTS in EA FC 24 – New dynamic cards through Live TOTS?
These leaks are there for TOTS in EA FC 24: Currently (as of April 17 at 10:30 AM), leaks about a supposedly major innovation are making the rounds. The well-known FUT leaker Fut Sherriff has shared an image showing a “Live TOTS Team”. It could be about new dynamic cards that could become stronger over time.
A system we already know well, but so far has not been implemented in TOTS.
There is also a first leak, which already dates back to February 2024. At that time, the well-known leaker DonkTrading showed the supposed design of the new TOTS cards.
Interestingly, the design differs significantly from the TOTS cards of previous years and is somewhat more colorful. Whether this will actually be used as a new design remains to be seen.
