Update, 7:00 PM: The official RTTK team is now live and brings the cards that have already been spotted in-game. We see extremely strong offensive cards from Haaland (92), Osimhen (90), and Bruno Fernandes (90). But Saka (89), Mertens (87), and Bonucci (88) also impress.

This is how the upgrades work: For a RTTK card to improve, the following must occur:
- +1 in overall rating with 2 victories from the remaining group matches
- +1 in overall rating upon qualification for the round of 16
Update, 11:30 AM: Currently, a curious error has occurred, as all cards of the RTTK team can already be seen in-game, including their in-game stats. This is much too early, as the entire team is supposed to be presented today at 7:00 PM.
You can find the cards by searching for them in-game as Dreamsquad cards. They will then appear, and you can view the stats in detail. However, the cards should not yet be found in normal packs.

Update, 9:00 AM: Meanwhile, more leaks have emerged that report on even more RTTK cards.
According to the leak, the following should be included:
- Haaland
- Osimhen
- Saka
- Bruno Fernandes
- Openda
- Kalulu
- Bonucci
- Laimer
- Machado
- De Paul
- Guimaraes
However, keep in mind that these are leaks and the final team may look different.
When does RTTK start? The “Road to the Knockouts” event in EA FC 24 starts on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 7:00 PM. This is confirmed by a new loading screen in Ultimate Team.
What kind of event is this? The “RTTK“ stands for “Road to the Knockouts“ and has been part of Ultimate Team for years. The event usually brings new dynamic cards that connect to real-life football.
These can improve as the real team of the player enjoys success in the Champions League, Europa League, or Conference League.
In the past, this could mean victories or reaching the knockout stages. How exactly the upgrade works this year is still unknown. We will keep you updated.
What you can expect from RTTK in EA FC 24 – Information & Leaks
What does the RTTK event bring? The event will likely bring a new team full of special cards that will be available in packs starting from the event launch. However, the chance of obtaining the cards is low. Moreover, new weekly objectives and thematic SBCs (Squad Building Challenges) are to be expected.
Additionally, it appears that cards for the Women’s Champions will also be part of it. This can be recognized by the new card design on the loading screen.
The first cards are officially known: The official “UEFA Champions League” channel on X (formerly Twitter) has already shared the first 3 official cards. These are:
- ST: Openda – RB Leipzig
- LAV: Machado – RC Lens
- IV: Bonucci – Union Berlin
What do the leaks say? The well-known FUT leaker “Fut Sheriff“, who is known for his reliable leaks, has once again named a few players expected to be in the event.
He mentions new RTTK cards for:
- Bruno Fernandes – Manchester United
- Saka – Arsenal FC
- De Paul – Atletico Madrid
- Kalulu – AC Milan
However, note that these leaks are not officially confirmed information. It is therefore possible that these players will not appear in the team or that other cards will be introduced.
