EA FC 24: New Wonder Cards give you the choice between 3 strong players – Is the SBC worth it?

In EA FC 24 a new SBC has been released. If you complete it, you have the chance to choose from 3 high-rated cards. We will present the requirements and the price of the SBC and show you the best possible picks.

Which SBC is it about? For a few days now, there has been the 87+-Radioactive, Ultimate-Dynasties, or TOTGS (Team of the Groupstage) professional choice. As you can gather from the name, after completing this Squad Building Challenge (SBC), you will have a player choice with event cards from the following promos:

• Radioactive
• Ultimate Dynasties
• TOTGS

The players you can choose from have a minimum rating of 87. This removes some cheaper, lower-rated cards, but not all.

Requirements and Price – Is the new mystery bag worth it?

Requirements: To complete the SBC, you need to exchange a team with an overall rating of 86.

Price: Right now, just before the start of the TOTY, the prices for high-rated cards are quite manageable. You can get the cheapest 86-rated players for around 8,000 coins. Remember that for a team with an 86-rated card, you only need nine 86-rated players and can fill the team with two 85-rated cards. The cheapest 85-rated players are currently available for 4,200 coins.

In total, the price of the SBC is around 80,000 coins. When you look at the players you can pull, it’s worth considering the new mystery bag.

Mbappé, Haaland, Messi: These are the best players from the mystery bag

The well-known leaker FutSheriff has introduced a selection of the best cards from the new mystery bag. We have based our list on his post, adding further players who have at least a market value of 500,000 coins and provided the corresponding prices (all amounts are in coins):

• TOTGS Mbappé (PSG) – 4.1 million.
• Dynasties Haaland (ManCity) – 1.3 million.
• Radioactive Messi (Inter Miami) – 1.25 million.
• Dynasties Mendy (Real Madrid) – 1.1 million.
• Radioactive Valverde (Real Madrid) – 950,000.
• Dynasties Hernández (AC Milan) – 770,000.
• TOTGS Bellingham (Real Madrid) – 680,000.

Is the SBC worth it? When looking at the most expensive players, the SBC is definitely worth considering. There are still several other big pulls that have a market value beyond the 100,000 mark.

As with any gamble SBC in EA FC 24, you can of course also incur a loss. There are numerous 87 and 88-rated players that are priced between 20,000 and 30,000 coins. However, considering that you can multiply your investment for some players by more than tenfold, the potential loss of 50,000 coins may not weigh too heavily.

In the end, it is up to you to decide whether you take the risk.

What carries less risk for you and your coin account is participating in the Weekend League with its cool new rewards. If you achieve a certain number of victories, the rewards could also provide you some players from the new mystery bag.
