When is Title Update 3 coming? Title Update 3 was announced by EA via the Direct Communication channel on X. It is now available for all platforms.
This means that players on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S do not have to wait as usual for the update but can load it directly with PC players.

EA FC 24: Patch Notes for Title Update 3 – What changes are coming?
The patch notes show: A total of 117 bullet points made it into the patch notes for Title Update 3 from EA Sports FC.
The complete list of changes can be found on EA’s Trello board regarding changes in EA FC 24 (via trello.com). Especially there are a lot of small details and bug fixes that could change the game.
What changes in gameplay? Among other things, adjustments have been made to ball speeds, various animations, faulty skill move movements, and referee logic in certain situations. Numerous bugs have been addressed, such as unintended volleys when one intended to perform a header, or goalkeepers running far out.
The list of gameplay changes is very long but seems to mainly address smaller points. How this will affect gameplay remains to be seen until the update is live.
What, however, is not in the patch notes are adjustments for noticeably strong mechanics like R1 dribbling or the defensive settings that ensure strong pressing. Many had expected this.
What changes in Ultimate Team? Here, mainly bugs have been fixed. This includes various menu issues or a bug that prevented one from pausing Squad Battles after watching the end highlights in the previous match.
An important point is the card of Ada Hegerberg that was broken. It is expected to function again after a server release in the near future.
Additionally, there will be corrections to things like broken texts in stadium items from pack openings, faulty timers for rewards, incorrect time displays before Squad Battles, and other display issues. Work has also been done on various menu errors.
What changes in Clubs? A bug that interrupted the connection when attempting to start Drop-In matches has been fixed. This was a major issue that prevented match starts.
There were also sometimes incorrect data in player summaries after matches and stability issues. Additionally, skill games utilized the base attributes of virtual pros.
What changes in Career? Here, too, bugs have been fixed. For example, there could be incorrect numbers in the “best possible deal” display after signing a new player.
Furthermore, adjusted tactics could be reset again when changed outside of matches, and goalkeepers from the youth academy did not bring any playstyles.
Additionally, the bug occurring when dismissing a coach is addressed. Hopefully, this will be resolved.
What changes in Volta? The notes here provide only two points: the “Team Keepaway” arcade game did not always end when the timer expired, and a faulty, large goal net was displayed at times.
Further changes: Aside from the previous points, EA also addresses some cross-mode points. For example, a total of 162 new star heads will appear in the game, meaning realistic faces.
Additionally, there will be adjustments to various audio, gameplay, and graphics issues.
How does the update impact? This remains to be seen for now, as there is no extremely significant change in the patch notes, but many small points and especially bug fixes.
