With the gameplay, the pro seems to be managing very well, as he quickly climbed to the highest skill level. However, this brings him another problem.

FIFA pro on the Elite Division: “There are no opponents.”
What is the FIFA pro complaining about? In the video, you can see how Umut announces that he was one of the first to climb to the highest class of Division Rivals, to the Elite Division. However, the pro cannot really be happy about it, because in the first minute of his video, he addresses two problems that come with his rapid ascent.
1. Problem: Long waiting times in opponent search
Umut first complains about long waiting times in opponent search. Sometimes he has to search for an opponent for several hours. He sums up his problem with the statement that there would be no opponents.
This is the logical consequence if you move into the Elite Division as one of the first, as opponent search is even more complicated in the Elite Division. Opponent finding occurs based on skill level, meaning opponents who have the same or a similar level are assigned preferentially.
This can lead to two players in the Elite Division not being able to find each other, even though they are searching for an opponent at the same time. A fair system in itself. However, at the beginning of EA FC 24, where only a few players are in the Elite Division, it seems to be an obstacle.

2. Problem: The found opponents are also the same
Whether the joy over a found opponent prevails is not really clear from the pro’s statements, as he soon notes that his opponents are the same players.
The idea that you compete against the same players in such a large community is somewhat disheartening. The e-pro knows this circumstance well, as he often meets the same opponents in major tournaments.
