Microsoft recently announced when the company will hold its Xbox briefing at the upcoming E3. This year, the new features from Redmond will be presented on a Sunday. They promise the biggest appearance ever.
The Xbox briefing during this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo, or E3, will take place this time at the Microsoft Theater in the LA Live entertainment complex, which will serve as the central hub for many Xbox events throughout the week.
The presentation itself will be held on Sunday, June 10 at 1 PM local time. German fans should set their alarms for 10 PM.
The briefing will be accompanied by various Xbox FanFest activities, hands-on gameplay, and demos for all E3 attendees. In addition, Microsoft will be present at the LA Convention Center, where they will focus exclusively on the streaming platform Mixer.

Presentation is expected to be “different”
According to Tom Warren from The Verge, Microsoft has planned something “different” for this year’s Xbox briefing. What this “different” is has not been revealed, but this hint is expected to make sense soon.
Mike Nichols, Corporate Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the Xbox brand, is taking a bold approach and promises nothing less than the “biggest appearance ever”:
“Since our first appearance at E3 in 2000, Xbox has had a significant presence at the show and provides exclusive and immersive opportunities for fans to know what we are planning. 2018 will be no different. In fact, it will be our biggest show ever presented.”
In recent years, the Xbox One has often been criticized for its lack of exclusive titles. Observers have repeatedly pointed out that there are no system sellers to convince people to buy an Xbox.
Do you think Microsoft can address the issue with the “biggest appearance ever?”
