He tries to de-escalate the situation by repeatedly offering her drinks, which she always declines, calling them “weird.” As he continues telling his streaming stories, she tells him to leave and leave her alone. He turns the camera away and approaches her again.
When he asks if they should call the police, she reiterates that he should leave her alone. The discussion escalates, and she repeatedly accuses him of being creepy because he keeps smiling. Despite these accusations, he continues to ask if they want to exchange their Instagram names.

He adds that he didn’t do it for himself but for the chat. Then he asks the chat if he should start a poll on whether he should stay away from women.

While the user “Juiceify” doesn’t quite understand what the problem is and asks, “Is this sexual harassment?”, others like “4KT WHO YOU HATE” are shocked by the reactions of other users: “The way this society normalizes this behavior is crazy. This is literally sexual harassment, and some are making a joke out of it or something.”

How did the platform Kick react to the situation? MrBasedNYC’s channel is no longer accessible on Kick after the platform apparently decided to remove him due to further violations of rules. Any search for his profile leads to a 404 error message.
This behavior was evidently too much even for the controversial streaming platform.
