From today, you can participate in the open beta of Dreadnought on PS4. Download the beta for free and take part in tactical space battles.
You can experience new features in Dreadnought and the Level 4 dreadnought “Hactar” through the open beta, which started today for PlayStation 4. Future captains are invited to try out new features on the PlayStation Blog.
Dreadnought Open Beta – Eight New Battlefields
Players can expect some improvements now that they are participating in the Dreadnought test phase. The developers mention eight new battlefields on the blog – The maps are said to be the biggest change in the open beta. These include four variants of maps from the closed beta and two completely new maps, each offering additional variation.
Hactar – Free Play of the Hero Ship
For playing Dreadnought, you will be rewarded. The blog states that all PS4 players of Dreadnought will receive the hero ship “Hactar” for free. But be careful, this Level 4 dreadnought is only for more experienced pilots.
In-Game Friends List and Teams
Multiplayer games are a lot of fun when you can play them with friends. The developers agree and have now implemented a friends list in the game that shows you all your PSN friends who are playing Dreadnought.
If you want, you can also add your friends to a team and “fight side by side with two of your most loyal allies.”
