To unlock the achievement, you need to win over two NPCs and have them fight each other. However, a prerequisite is that you own your own house. This is possible in the capital of Vermund, Vernworth, as well as in Bakbatthal, the capital of Batthal.
How do you get a house? To obtain a house in Vernworth, you must complete the quest “A Home Sweet Home.” For this, you need to live in Mildred’s house in the city for one week. Afterwards, you can purchase the property for a mere 20,000 gold.
In Bakbatthal, it is even more straightforward. Here, you will be approached by Adrea during your stroll through the city. She sells you a house for 30,000 gold.
What are the next steps? Once you proudly call yourself a homeowner, the gifting can begin. Choose two NPCs in either city and give them plenty of gifts. This will increase their affinity towards you. Particularly quickly done with wyvern crystals.
However, these are correspondingly rare and can only be obtained by killing dragons. Whether you want to sacrifice them for the favor of an NPC is up to you.
