The new role-playing game Dragon’s Dogma 2 presents one of the most capable classes in the game in a new trailer. What makes this class so interesting for players, you can find out here.
Which class was introduced? Dragon’s Dogma 2 offers you several interesting and classic role-playing classes in the game. In addition to archers, fighters, and mages, you can also play the game as a Mystic Blade or Illusionist. We have already compiled more information about the individual classes and the game for you.
A new trailer introduces the special class of War Master and excites players with the shown gameplay:
What makes the War Master so interesting? With the class of War Master, you are not restricted to any one weapon. Instead, it is possible with this class to truly master all weapons in the game and thus utilize the advantages and abilities of other vocational classes.
However, you will also have to make some decisions here, as you can always equip three different weapons as a War Master. This gives you a certain versatility in combat and ultimately the opportunity to customize your character to fit your preferences and play style.
The gameplay trailer gives a good impression of what that could look like in the game. Among other things, it shows a character who first freezes his opponent with a mage’s staff, then floats towards him, switches to daggers in mid-air, and stabs them into his opponent’s head.
The trailer highlights this and other scenes, showing how easy and seamless the transition between weapons is. This allows you to react purposefully to different situations and especially perform a lot of interesting and unique combos.
When can you play the War Master? In fact, the English description of this hybrid class leads many players to suspect that it is the last vocation you can unlock in Dragon’s Dogma 2. Presumably, you will have to go through the higher and other hybrid classes to be able to use the War Master.
Considering the possibilities this class offers you, it would be understandable if you cannot play it from the beginning. However, this assumption has not yet been confirmed.
What does the community say? The reactions of the players show that they can hardly wait to play as a War Master. In their comments under the trailer (via YouTube), most users express their excitement about the introduced class:
- HammerspaceCreature writes: “Everyone is a gangster until the wizard pulls out his greatsword.”
- chuckchan4127 writes: “Game: Which weapon will you choose? Me: Yes!”
- TwiztidHammer writes: “The ultimate ‘I do whatever I want’ vocation.”
Many players are especially looking forward to equipping a mage with greatswords and spears. Similar to user tullmatch, many players also believe that they will choose this class only on their second playthrough after having played through with other classes first.
In his comment, he writes: “The last vocation I will choose after I have completed the game with all classes, and then I will take down every dragon with it.”
What do you think about the introduced class? Do you want to face your opponents in Dragon’s Dogma 2 with three weapons at the same time? Write your opinion in the comments.
