In Dragon’s Dogma 2 there are a variety of outfits and armors that you can equip, but each has its own color. So can you dye them? We will show you.
Can you dye outfits and armor? Unfortunately no, or rather not yet. If you find outfits, armors, helmets, or cloaks, you will have to deal with the colors that the developers have assigned to these items.
At first, this may seem disappointing, but there are still colors that you can find in the RPG. However, not for your armor, but rather for something else.
Colors exist, but not for your outfit
What colors are there? There is a merchant in Bakbattahl who can sell you colors. The merchant is located near the “Vassal Guild” behind a small room. We will mark the exact location on the map for you:
Once you have discovered the merchant, you can purchase 5 colors from her:
- Red
- Green
- Blue
- Yellow
- Purple
With these colors, you cannot dye armors and outfits, but you can change your character and everything that can be altered about them. This includes hair and skin colors, among others.
Where do I use these colors? To apply the colors, you must visit one of the many hairdressers available in towns or villages. They are marked on the map with a scissors icon. Once you have the colors in your inventory, you just need to talk to them. The new color options will then be immediately unlocked.
