Where the Earth Dragon Balls reach their limits, the powers of the Namekian Dragon Balls begin. The Dragon Balls have been able to fulfill 3 wishes since the beginning of Dragon Ball Z, and that without exception.
Additionally, the Dragon Balls have a shorter waiting period: Since the Namekian year only comprises 130 Earth days, they can be reused more quickly. They do not scatter across the planet but remain in one place.
Furthermore, individual people can be revived multiple times. The only limit that Porunga has is mass resurrection. He cannot fulfill such a wish.
Place 2: Cereal Dragon Balls

- Responsible Dragon: Toronobo
The Dragon Balls are native to the planet Cereal and are bound to the Namekian Monaito. They play a significant role in the Granolah Arc of Dragon Ball Super. Granolah wishes to become the strongest fighter in the universe.
Toronobo, the dragon of the Dragon Balls, cannot grant the wish because this strength would exceed Granolah’s potential. However, this single known rule can even be bypassed if the wishing person is willing to sacrifice some of their lifespan.
The greatest advantage of the Dragon Balls is that there are only 2 pieces. This makes the search faster, and they can directly choose the next wish since the spheres do not turn to stone.
Place 1: Super Dragon Balls

- Responsible Dragon: Divine Dragon / Super Shenlong
The ultimate Dragon Balls are probably the Super Dragon Balls. These crystal spheres scatter across Universes 6 and 7 after the wish. However, they are likely to be found again quickly because they are as large as planets.
When making a wish, there is no limitation whatsoever. They were created by Zalama, a Dragon God who possesses infinite powers. The wishing person can wish for anything they want. The only requirement is that they must know the sacred language to communicate their wish. However, as with other Dragon Balls, a specific language must be mastered to communicate with the dragon.
