8. Bojack
Film appearances: Dragon Ball Z – The Movie: Super-Saiyan Son-Gohan
Who is Bojack? Bojack and his gang appear shortly after the Cell games and threaten the Earth. However, there is a problem, as Son-Goku is dead. Bojack is quite strong, and his gang makes the remaining Z fighters’ lives hell. With the help of dead Goku, young Gohan manages to defeat Bojack.
Bojack is ranked 8th because his strength can best be compared to Perfect Cell. Both fought against several Z warriors and easily defeated them. In the end, however, he could be defeated by Super Saiyan 2 Son-Gohan, just like Cell.
7. Broly (Dragon Ball Z)
Film appearances: Dragon Ball Z – The Movie: The Legendary Super Saiyan, Dragon Ball Z – The Movie: Broly’s Return, Dragon Ball Z – The Movie: Attack of the Bio Fighters (as a clone)
Who is Broly? One of the most popular Z villains is Broly, who has received 3 (later almost 4) movies. Shortly before the Cell games, the Z fighters are transported to a planet where the Saiyan Broly lives. However, he is angry and wants to kill the heroes.
Although the movie takes place before the Bojack film, Broly shows what he is capable of. He easily fights all Z fighters simultaneously with his Saiyan form and infinite brutality. Only with the power of all allies does Goku manage to barely defeat the villain.

6. Hildegarn
Film appearances: Dragon Ball Z – The Movie: Dragon Fist
Who is Hildegarn? Hildegarn is a gigantic being that was sealed by the magic of two brothers. An evil sorcerer causes Hildegarn to be released on Earth and goes on a rampage. The movie takes place after the Buu saga, and Hildegarn fights quite confidently against the heroes. However, Goku ultimately defeats him with the Dragon Fist.
Since Hildegarn fights against the heroes in the state of the Buu saga, he is already stronger than all previous entries on the list. Goku even had to use the Super Saiyan 3 (the strongest form at that time) to defeat the giant.
5. Janemba
Film appearance: Dragon Ball Z – The Movie: Fusion
Who is Janemba? Janemba is a being that causes chaos in the afterlife during the Buu arc. Goku, who is dead at the time, tries to defeat Janemba but cannot even do so in Super Saiyan 3. However, with the help of Vegeta and a fusion, the powerful opponent is defeated.
Janemba is the strongest movie villain in Dragon Ball Z and is only surpassed by the villains from Super. After all, the fusion had to be used to defeat him. This was also the first time Gogeta was seen.
