In the upcoming MMORPG Dogma: Eternal Night, you are a vampire or another creature of the night, but you should not reveal yourself as such.
As a vampire, you need to feed on blood, which is why it is sometimes necessary to drain passersby in dark alleys. However, it is wise not to get caught. Because if you reveal yourself as a “monster,” people will react accordingly and you could find yourself in serious trouble.
Who dies, stays dead
In Dogma: Eternal Night, there will be permadeath. This means that if your character dies, they are dead and cannot be revived. Just that alone should make you tread carefully through the world. If you’re already being hunted and can’t find a safe place just because you were caught drinking blood, then a hard time lies ahead. In the MMORPG, you will be wandering through many large cities – mainly at night. However, even at night, the party continues in big cities, which is why you’ll encounter many NPCs. These dynamically react to you. If you do good for them, they will be on your side.
In a new video, you can see how blood-draining works in the MMO. However, it is still a very early version that is not graphically optimized yet.
