Soon all agents will be able to dive into the post-apocalypse of New York! Here we want to take a look at what preparations you have made to successfully kick off your agent journey in The Division. In our last “Mein-MMO asks“, we wanted to know just that from you. And you answered diligently.
Here preparations are being made meticulously
Many of you, such as m4st3rchi3f, have used the preload so that they can start right away at launch and do not have to download huge amounts of gigabytes first. Others have even ordered the Sleeper Agent Edition, like Raggi316. Also, BFCler1988 pre-ordered this edition weeks ago. He is a “fan of collector’s editions,” so the price did not deter him.
So, now that the game is ordered, what other measures are you taking? Der Ralle sees himself as “the blindest, hoof-trotting Division fan horse there is around”, but he stands by it. After work, he will quickly go home today, toss the disc into his Xbox, start the Day One patch, and enjoy dinner with his three women during the loading time. Then he sends his “two princesses” to bed, hands the “queen” a book, and then he has free reign for The Division.
Also Crow_11111 has already completed the spring cleaning in wise anticipation that the apartment will likely be neglected in the coming weeks. Over the weekend, he distracted himself with the Uncharted beta, and today he is stocking up on coffee, sandwiches, snacks, and pizza. He is doing well!
Caldrus82 took a vacation specifically for a home renovation. As luck would have it, the release of The Division is also during this vacation. Hopefully, the apartment does not suffer because of it!
Thorn Von Wolfenstein also took time off: three days, from today until Wednesday. Until then, he will “cut off all social contacts in real life”. His girlfriend already knows and lets him “chill until Wednesday”. Such an understanding girlfriend is something every man wishes for! Now he can roam through New York with his “virtual buddies”.
ratpaak took a week off straight away. He thanks his wife for taking care of the two kids. Now he is getting “pizza and energy drinks and then off we go!”.
Nookiezilla will come home from work on Tuesday at 1:30 PM, load the patch, “shower, quickly eat something, have a smoke, grab a cup of coffee and an energy drink”, and then off goes his journey. The journey of our reader mee will begin on Tuesday, immediately after he falls out of bed.
Ace Ffm compares his anticipation to that of a 12-year-old just before Christmas. Even though he is already an adult now, he still feels such emotions. Therefore, he will also try to dive into the game as early as possible; he “is definitely looking forward to it immensely.”
These users are taking it easy
In our community, there are also voices that are considerably more cautious when it comes to the launch of The Division. For example, Connor Kenway will simply pop the game in and start playing. echterman will not prepare for The Division either, especially since he will not have the game at release. But he does not typically prepare much for such things anyway. He just sits down, turns on the game, and that’s it. It is not a problem to get up for coffee.
SP1ELER01 will chill in front of the console today without any stress, join his buddies in the party, and watch their streams. He himself has not yet felt the spark. krieglich is also waiting to see before getting The Division. He has not had good experiences with launches of Ubisoft titles so far.
