Halloween is traditionally celebrated with interesting events in MMORPGs. In Neverwinter, the Liar’s Masquerade takes place.
The Liar’s Masquerade gives you the chance to dress up with your friends and complete daily quests where you can earn valuable rewards. All of this in a spooky and eerie atmosphere. The event starts today, Thursday, October 27 at 4:30 PM (PC) and 7:00 PM (Xbox One and PlayStation 4) and runs until Tuesday, November 1 at 3:30 PM (PC) and 6:00 PM (Xbox One and PlayStation 4).
New quests await you!
During this time, you can expect two daily quests. On one hand, there is “Trade with Treats” and on the other, “Liar’s Knowledge”. In “Trade with Treats”, you need to interact with the pumpkins in the Protector’s Enclave or defeat enemies. This will earn you Liar’s Amulets. Then, you seek out illusionists who wander the streets. You give them the Liar’s Amulets, which they exchange for bags containing two to three Masquerade Tokens, crafting items for the new artifact, and possibly a Viewer Pinata.
It is also possible to exchange the Liar’s Amulets with the Masquerade Master for a Masquerade Token. The quest “Liar’s Knowledge” gives you the opportunity to learn more about the background of this festival. If you complete the quest, you will receive five Masquerade Tokens. You can exchange these with the Masquerade Seller for a completely new artifact and additional rewards. Also, keep an eye out, as the wandering Scarecrow returns! What could this be about?
Additionally, you will have access to many costumes, such as masks and other Halloween items, with which you can celebrate the Liar’s Masquerade in the MMORPG Neverwinter.
