Of course, one can also take on the role of a surgeon. Then you examine the patient and see their injuries based on their surgery skill. Depending on how high the skill is, you can make a more precise diagnosis.
The so-called “Fleshmending” skill plays as much of a role as the medical knowledge you have acquired in various parts of the world. The higher your knowledge and skills, the better you can examine a patient and the more precise your diagnosis will be.
Subsequently, medieval tools, tinctures, and bandages are used to treat the wound. In the case of the smashed leg, you first need to realign the bone, clean the wound, cauterize and stitch it, and then apply a bandage and a splint. Depending on your skills, you might also inflict damage on the patient during the process. The entire procedure will unfold in a rather stomach-churning and brutal mini-game.
