How was the ranking created? When thinking of Star Wars, the lightsabers might come to mind first, but the Force soon follows. This invisible energy that connects all things in the galaxy and is ubiquitous appears prominently in the stories from Star Wars.
For this list, we looked at characters who utilize this energy in highly effective ways and demonstrate exceptional talent. We focus on the canon of Star Wars and exclude divine or god-like beings.

Rank 5: Snoke
Snoke is a special case and barely made it into the ranking. Strictly speaking, he is a genetic construct created by Palpatine himself. Therefore, he shares some traits with the Emperor, including his pronounced abilities with the Force.
With this, he can invade the minds of others, as he impressively demonstrates with Rey, even over great distances. Classic skills like Force lightning he has mastered in his sleep, and thanks to his strength, he can hold multiple opponents at bay simultaneously – even those who themselves use the Force.
What Snoke can show in talent and strength concerning the Force is only diminished by his role as Palpatine’s puppet. On one hand, he can never reach his full potential as he is always kept in check, on the other hand, he lacks the independence that the other characters on this list possess.
