All classes of Diablo Immortal in the tier list. Which is the best? Demon Hunter, Barbarian, Monk, Wizard, Necromancer, and Crusader in the ranking.
What do we show in the ranking? We show you the tier list of all classes at the launch of Diablo Immortal. Additionally, the various applications such as PvP, PvE, speed farming, or solo play.
We will regularly update this list for you, as balance changes and new builds can lead to a redistribution especially in the first weeks. Current status as of August 22, 2022.
Classes of Diablo Immortal in the tier list
- S-Tier: Wizard
- A-Tier: Crusader, Necromancer, Demon Hunter
- B-Tier: Monk, Barbarian
What is the basis of the tier list? The above ranking shows a general assessment of the classes. Each has its advantages and disadvantages. Being good in PvP does not necessarily mean being good in raids. For the assessment, we looked at several tier lists from websites such as WoWHead and experts like DM: Diablo Immortal (via YouTube) and compared them. Our own experience also plays into this ranking.
This tier list applies not only to challenge rifts, but also represents a general assessment of the classes.
Next, we would like to discuss each of the classes and clarify their advantages and disadvantages for you. Keep in mind that our tier list and recommended skills primarily target players at level 60. However, they can also be used while leveling.
Demon Hunter – Builds and Rankings
Rankings in various applications:
- Solo: 3/3 points
- Group Dungeons: 3/3 points
- PvP: 1/3 points
- Noob Friendliness: 2/3 points
Which builds are good? For solo players, it is advisable to take the skills Crossbow Shot, Revenge, Vengeful Shot, Multishot, and Bold Swing. This way, you are quite fast in PvP as a solo player and deal high damage to single targets.
With its skills, the Demon Hunter is suitable for solo players, but also in groups. Even without group buffs, the class is well-received in multiplayer content thanks to high mobility, multishot, and high single-target damage. Due to the relatively easy handling of the skills, the Demon Hunter is well-suited for “noobs” who are new to the game.

Barbarian – Builds and Rankings

Which builds are good? Barbarians look very strong at first glance, but they struggle significantly with single-target DPS. For a strong solo build, we recommend the skills Flesh Wound, Sprint, Wrath of the Berserker, Hammer of the Ancients, and, yes, you guessed it, Whirlwind. True to the motto “Spin to Win”, you will shred through opponents.
For group play, it is recommended to use “Demoralize” instead of “Hammer of the Ancients” and “Frenzy” instead of “Flesh Wound”.
In PvP, you are doing well with Immortal Fury and Furious Charge as well as Whirlwind, Frenzy, and Sprint. The Barbarian is considered in Diablo Immortal to be a class that is easy to play but difficult to master.
