What kind of item is this? The item “Wundentrinker” belongs to the Uniques of the Spiritborn. The Spiritborn was introduced with the Vessel of Hatred expansion in Diablo 4. - Thorns
- Damage to poisoned targets
- less damage taken from poisoned targets
Which build uses the Wundentrinker? The ranks in “Poison Skin” are needed, for example, when playing the strong “AFK-Build” of the Spiritborn, which focuses on poison damage, high defense, and thorns.
