S-Tier: Bone Spear Necromancer
You focus on high critical hits and the “vulnerable” status, making you a popular group member. With Bone Spear, you ensure that all enemies become vulnerable and then annihilate them. Drawback: You need good equipment. It’s also suitable for leveling. The build is strong solo, but also works well in groups.
A-Tier: Blood Surge Necromancer
